This document sets forth the official rules ("Official Rules") of the MyRacehorse Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes"). By entering the Sweepstakes as set forth below, you accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of TJC Media Ventures, Inc. ("Sponsor"), which shall be final, binding, and conclusive on all matters.
DATA PRIVACY: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about participants when they register and enter the Sweepstakes. Sponsor will share such information with My Racehorse and OwnerView. By submitting an entry, you consent to receive marketing communications, newsletters, and promotional emails from America's Best Racing (americasbestracing.net), OwnerView (ownerviewracing.com), and My Racehorse (myracehorse.com). You may unsubscribe from any of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from the respective sender.
TERM: Registration for the Sweepstakes opens at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on September 3, 2026 and closes at the earlier of: (a) 11:59 p.m. ET on September 8, 2026, or (b) when fifty (50) valid entries have been received (the "Closing"). Once fifty (50) valid entries have been received, the entry form will be closed and no further entries will be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are 21 years of age and older and a legal resident of the United States (including the District of Columbia). Employees, suppliers, officers and directors, affiliates and subsidiaries and advertising, promotion, and legal advisors as well as the immediate family and household members of any of TJC Media Ventures, Inc., The Jockey Club, My Racehorse, and OwnerView are not eligible. Additional restrictions also apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
ENTRY: To enter, visit ownerviewracing.com/myracehorse-giveaway and complete and submit the entry form before the Closing. In order to submit a valid entry, each entrant must provide their first name, last name, state of residence, and a valid email address.
Each entrant will be limited to a single entry per email address. Entries are processed and recorded through ownerviewracing.com. Based upon Sponsor's time clock, your entry will be determined to have been received or not received by the Closing. Entries received after the Closing will be void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries, or for any computer-related, online, or technical malfunctions that may occur.
In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. A selected entrant may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the selected entry.
DETERMINATION OF WINNERS: The first fifty (50) eligible individuals to complete and submit a valid entry form at ownerviewracing.com/myracehorse-giveaway during the Term will each be a potential winner. Sponsor will determine eligible entries on the basis of the order and time in which they are received, as recorded by Sponsor's systems. In the event of a technical dispute regarding the order of receipt, Sponsor's determination shall be final, binding, and conclusive.
Each potential winner will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the Closing via the email address provided upon their entry. Each potential winner will have forty-eight (48) hours from the sending of the email notification to respond. No prize transfer, assignment, or substitution by a winner is permitted. Sponsor may substitute the prize for another prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Each potential winner will be required to complete, sign, and return to Sponsor an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, among other documents. If a potential winner is ineligible, does not respond within 48 hours, or does not complete all required documentation, that prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from remaining eligible entries. No person will receive a prize unless all required documentation has been completed and returned to Sponsor's satisfaction.
PRIZE: There will be fifty (50) winners. Each winner will receive:
One (1) My Racehorse gift card in the amount of eighty-five dollars ($85.00), which may be applied toward the purchase of a fractional ownership share of a racehorse on MyRacehorse.com. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $85.00 per gift card. Total Estimated Prize Value (all 50 winners): $4,250.00.
The gift card has no cash value and is non-transferable. Use of the gift card is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by My Racehorse. Sponsor shall not be responsible for the loss of a prize or if a prize has expired. The winner is responsible for any and all taxes, delivery fees, and costs related to the use and/or receipt of the prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received, up to a maximum of 50 winners.
WINNERS' NAMES: By entering into the Sweepstakes, you agree that Sponsor may make public and use your name and state of residence without further consideration for promotional and/or publicity purposes, unless expressly prohibited by law. Acceptance of the prize constitutes deemed permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, city and state of residence, and submitted information without further compensation in any media now known or hereafter developed for promotional purposes, unless expressly prohibited by law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants release Sponsor and their respective affiliates, parents, and subsidiary companies; their respective employees, agents, and officers; and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, as well as all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from the Sweepstakes and the awarding and use of the prize.
IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, ITS LICENSEES AND/OR THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND/OR RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, ACCESS TO, PROVISION OF OR USE OF THE PRIZE. EVERYTHING PROVIDED BY SPONSOR IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
DISPUTES: As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between you and Sponsor, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Such disputes shall be resolved before a state or federal court located in Lexington, Kentucky, which court shall apply the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky without regard for principles of conflicts of law. Your registration signifies your consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Lexington, Kentucky. You waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, other than your actual out-of-pocket expenses, and waive your right to a jury trial.
MISCELLANEOUS: Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes and/or to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process. Nothing in these Official Rules shall be construed to place the entrant and Sponsor in the relationship of partners or joint venturers. No waiver, modification, or cancellation of any term or condition of these Official Rules shall be effective unless expressly stated in a writing executed by Sponsor.
WINNER LISTING: To receive the names of the winning entrants, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to "MyRacehorse Giveaway," Senior Manager, Digital Media, TJC Media Ventures, Inc., 821 Corporate Drive, Lexington, KY 40503, and a notification identifying the winners will be sent to you.
